Two of Melbourne’s most (un)likely counterparts, hardcore punk rock dingbats, Clowns and Mexi - garage noise freakout legends, Mesa Cosa, are combining party forces all in the name of chaos this April/May to take a whirlwind 10 date travelling freakshow of a tour around the country.
Each band are no strangers to the road, both having undertaken numerous Australian tours in 2013 and both have already, this year, dipped their toes into the rocky, volcanic sands of New Zealand for tours which included both bands performing at the last ever Camp A Low Hum festival in Wainuiomata.
Both bands are armed with recent releases and a thirst for rowdiness. Punters can expect numerous buddies of the bands joining bills to create total nonsense mixed bills of variety, stupidity, chaos and fun.

We’re extremely stoked to announce POSTBLUE's monster debut album 'I Hope They're Praying For Me' will be out March 21st on LP/ CD/ digital via Poison City. You can check out the lead track “Ugly" HERE. Preorders for the LP/ CD version will be available very soon.
Coalescing creative forces from Byron Bay and Melbourne, the powerful alt-rock/ shoegaze trio quickly established themselves as an exciting new musical presence upon inception over the summer of 2012. Armed with their explosive debut ‘Lap Year’ 7” and a dynamic sound that lurches between 90’s influenced alternative rock and scuzzy punk anthems, Postblue invoke the direct sound and unpretentious aesthetic of decades gone by and meld it with the fire of youth.
Postblue have consistently toured up and down the East Coast, sharing stages with the likes of Violent Soho, Title Fight, Daylight and The Smith Street Band along the way and scored coveted slots on the Poison City Weekender and Splendour in the Grass festivals.
To celebrate the release of ‘I Hope They’re Praying For Me’, Postblue will head out on tour with labelmates Luca Brasi through March/ April.
Touring addict WIL WAGNER has just announced an extensive run of summer solo dates through February and March. After a huge year of international touring through 10 different countries, sold-out shows across Australia and recent festival appearances with his beloved group The Smith Street Band, the charismatic and prolific frontman is restless once again. Joined by his American buddy Max Stern (Signals Midwest/ Meridian) from Cleveland, Ohio and Sydney’s banjo shredding duo Pinch Hitter, Wagner will be hitting capital cities and regional areas through QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and TAS before getting back in the van with The Smith Street Band for their massive national tour with Menzingers though March.
CLOWNS have just announced their first New Zealand tour, kicking off January 30th & 31st in Auckland - followed by shows in Wellington and Hunterville. CLOWNS will also be appearing at the highly esteemed 'Camp A Low Hum' festival in Wainuiomata.
